Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unworn condition.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
